We offer a structured safe home-like place, full of support for men and for women while learning to live without the use of alcohol or other drugs.

In 2014, we added our first sober living home for women, and today we have multiple homes in Sarasota, Florida. Some sober living homes offer scholarships or sliding scale fees based on income, making them more affordable for those with limited financial resources. Gender-specific sober living homes are especially popular because they help people avoid the distractions of romantic relationships, which can sometimes take the focus off recovery. Many sober homes encourage therapy, support groups, or 12-step meetings to keep the recovery going strong.

NARR has played a crucial role in setting clear standards and certification processes for recovery residences, bringing much-needed credibility to the field. This means that individuals seeking support now have a clearer understanding of what different residences offer and can make informed choices about their recovery journey. On Tuesday nights, our house leaders gather for support and training sessions. On Thursdays, we host All-House meetings to celebrate milestones and reinforce recovery.
